REPAIRS & RESTRINGING

This listing is for repair and restringing of Callaway Collection bracelets.

Includes:

• New elastic

• Full restringing

• Replacement of faded or damaged letter beads with the same name/word

• Minor bead replacement (up to 3 beads if available)

• Return shipping back to the customer

The fee for this is $30 per bracelet. Does not include changing wording, adding letters, or design changes.
If you would like a different name or word, a new bracelet purchase is required.

Customer is responsible for mailing the bracelet to us.

What to include in the package (required)

Please include your bracelet and a note with:

• Full Name

• Order Number

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Return Shipping Address

• Reason for repair / restring service

• Bracelet size needed (if resizing)

• Any other details we should know

Important: If the above/correct information is not included, your repair will be delayed while we reach out to request missing details.

Please package your bracelet securely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
