How to purchase your repair
- Visit the Bracelet Repair / Restring Service product linked below.
- Complete the online repair fields before adding the service to your cart. Include your contact details, original order number if known, reason for repair, bracelet size needed, and shipping address.
- For multiple bracelets, complete a separate form and add each bracelet's repair service to your cart individually at quantity 1. The fee is $30 per bracelet.
- Complete your purchase, then securely package and mail your bracelet to us. Your repair details are collected online, so a paper repair form is not required.
