Inspired by vintage hospital ID bracelets from the 1950s–70s, these custom letter bead pieces have become a beautiful way to wear what matters most: names, dates, scripture, initials, or reminders you hold close.

Hi Mariana! I’m sorry the bead size wasn’t what you expected. There is a labeled bead-size comparison photo in the product’s image gallery showing sizes 2–6 mm on a wrist, though I understand it may have been missed while browsing. Thank you for your feedback and for supporting my small business!
I received the wrong color combination on my bracelet. I ordered a black bead with white letter to match the stack I have (my first bracelet broke so I ordered another to replace it). I received a white bead with black letter. I have written multiple emails and IG messages. No response to emails for two months. Messages answered going in circles telling me to send order number which I have done multiple times. Telling me email was answered which it wasn’t. Zero customer service. I am a returning customer and there is no resolution or meaningful response to any of my outreach attempts. I will not be purchasing from this store again and will tell my friends to stay away as well. Quality has also went down on the products. Initial purchase had a little circle charm hanging from the bracelet which is no longer there. Package came in a little dust bag with a note initially now comes in a plastic bag with no note. If you get the wrong order don’t count on getting it resolved.

I’m truly sorry this experience has been frustrating, and I take responsibility for the fact that your original bracelet was made with the incorrect letter bead color.
I do want to clarify that I have been trying to resolve this. I first responded on August 14 with an offer to correct the bracelet and reimburse your return shipping. I followed up on August 27 with return instructions, and again on September 15, as I still have not received the incorrect bracelet back. Once it is returned, I am happy to correct the order as promised and reimburse the return shipping.
I understand the back-and-forth has been frustrating, and I’m sorry this has not felt resolved. Regarding the packaging and complimentary extras, I understand those changes have been disappointing. Rising material costs have required some difficult adjustments, but I remain committed to the quality of the jewelry itself.
I truly appreciate that you have been a returning customer, and I hate that this experience has left you feeling this way. My offer to make the bracelet right remains open.

I got one of these with my daughters name on it in 2021 and then another with my sons name on it in 2023. Both have been through a lot (they have been pulled, painted on, etc) and they still look brand new! I rarely ever take them off.

I ordered for Mothers Day and they broke by September. I asked about getting it restrung and there is a fee plus you have to pay shipping. Super disappointed!! Not worth it!!

I'm sorry you are so upset, and I understand your frustration. I just read your review. I don't think you read our FAQ. Here, you can see below that if the bracelet breaks, you can send it back to be replaced if it breaks within six months of having it.Â
FAQ:
If your bracelet has broken within six months of purchase and you can gather and return the beads, we will replace them at no cost.
Please print out the resize/restring form found in the website's footer and include it with the piece(s) you are sending in to have it fixed. It's a minimum of 3-4 weeks to receive your returned piece once we have repaired it. Please mail your form along with your piece(s) to the following address.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Also, with all our pieces on elastic, there is a chance they will pop just like anything on elastic. Our restring fee is because, a lot of times, customers send pieces back and are not able to find all the beads that were lost, so the price helps cover some of that cost.
Since yours falls within the 6-month time frame, you are more than welcome to send it back so you can have it restrung at no charge. I apologize for the confusion.

My wife really liked the pieces I got her, but for some reason the gold on some of the letters has started to wear off (gold on white), even though she doesnt shower with them and has been taking good care of the pieces, besides that they are great

I got your review! I should have a disclaimer on this option of letters that the gold foil will tend to fade faster than the others! That's the only issue with the gold letter beads, and I hate it!
But don't worry! You all are welcome to send them back in, and we can restring them, and she can choose a different letter bead color if she would like! I will attach the form.

These are timeless pieces I’m so in love!! The only thing is one of the dove charms is flipped the other way so my adhd self goes a little crazy over that but otherwise they’re perfect!

If you wear it with the name facing out, it will turn the opposite way if you wear the name facing you. Never a right or wrong way for it to face.
