Inspired by vintage hospital ID bracelets from the 1950s–70s, these custom letter bead pieces have become a beautiful way to wear what matters most: names, dates, scripture, initials, or reminders you hold close.

Handmade with care using gold-filled or sterling silver beads, this bracelet is fully customizable and designed to last.

I got one of these with my daughters name on it in 2021 and then another with my sons name on it in 2023. Both have been through a lot (they have been pulled, painted on, etc) and they still look brand new! I rarely ever take them off.

I have never had a bad piece from Mary Hollis. And this one did not disappoint either. I made this stack for a co-worker who tragically lost her son. I was able to get all of her kids names and used a different set of beads for the one who passed away. I love all of the different bead options

Broke- NOT DURABLE

I ordered for Mothers Day and they broke by September. I asked about getting it restrung and there is a fee plus you have to pay shipping. Super disappointed!! Not worth it!!

I'm sorry you are so upset, and I understand your frustration. I just read your review. I don't think you read our FAQ. Here, you can see below that if the bracelet breaks, you can send it back to be replaced if it breaks within six months of having it.Â

FAQ:
If your bracelet has broken within six months of purchase and you can gather and return the beads, we will replace them at no cost.

Please print out the resize/restring form found in the website's footer and include it with the piece(s) you are sending in to have it fixed. It's a minimum of 3-4 weeks to receive your returned piece once we have repaired it. Please mail your form along with your piece(s) to the following address.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Also, with all our pieces on elastic, there is a chance they will pop just like anything on elastic. Our restring fee is because, a lot of times, customers send pieces back and are not able to find all the beads that were lost, so the price helps cover some of that cost.

Since yours falls within the 6-month time frame, you are more than welcome to send it back so you can have it restrung at no charge. I apologize for the confusion.

They look great, but gold flake letters are fading.

My wife really liked the pieces I got her, but for some reason the gold on some of the letters has started to wear off (gold on white), even though she doesnt shower with them and has been taking good care of the pieces, besides that they are great

I got your review! I should have a disclaimer on this option of letters that the gold foil will tend to fade faster than the others! That's the only issue with the gold letter beads, and I hate it!

But don't worry! You all are welcome to send them back in, and we can restring them, and she can choose a different letter bead color if she would like! I will attach the form.
To fill out and send in in case she wants to change the letter bead color!

These are timeless pieces Iâ€™m so in love!! The only thing is one of the dove charms is flipped the other way so my adhd self goes a little crazy over that but otherwise theyâ€™re perfect!

If you wear it with the name facing out, it will turn the opposite way if you wear the name facing you. Never a right or wrong way for it to face.
