Bracelet Repair / Restring Service

This listing is for repair and restringing of Callaway Collection bracelets.

Includes:

• New elastic

• Full restringing

• Replacement of faded or damaged letter beads with the same name/word

• Minor bead replacement (up to 3 beads if available)

• Return shipping back to the customer

Does not include changing wording, adding letters, or design changes.
If you would like a different name or word, a new bracelet purchase is required.

Customer is responsible for mailing the bracelet to us.

If multiple beads are missing or the bracelet cannot be repaired, a new bracelet purchase may be required.

After purchasing, mail your bracelet with a note including:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Email
- Phone
- Return Shipping Address
- Reason for repair
- Bracelet size needed
